How do I book a ride?
You can book directly through our website using the "Book Now" button, call us at (323) 316-5882, or email ridevelocityvip@gmail.com. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. No-shows are charged in full.
What areas do you serve?
We cover all of Los Angeles County and Orange County, including LAX, SNA, BUR, ONT, and LGB airports. We also offer long-distance service to San Diego, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, and more.
What vehicles are in your fleet?
Our fleet includes the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Chevrolet Suburban, Toyota Corolla, and Ford Transit van. All vehicles are meticulously maintained and equipped with bottled water, phone chargers, and Wi-Fi.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes! We offer corporate accounts with monthly billing, priority booking, and volume discounts. Contact us for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and corporate invoicing for established accounts.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in the quoted price. Tips are appreciated and can be added at the time of payment.
Can I create an account?
Yes! Create an account to track your bookings, save your preferences, and manage your addresses for faster booking.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, you can modify your booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Call us or log into your account to make changes.
